Harrisburg Federal Courthouse

This project involves the construction of the Harrisburg Federal Courthouse Building for the US General Services Administration on a 4.2-acre property located in Midtown Harrisburg, PA. Civil Engineering scope includes coordination of site layout, stormwater management including underground detention, volume and water quality controls, utility relocations and service coordination, Erosion and Sedimentation Control and NPDES permitting. The project also includes a site demolition and preparation package to remove all existing structures on the site. Preparation of the site involves demolition and relocation of two water mains, a gas main, a combined sewer main and coordination with overhead utility companies for transmission line relocations.
